Here are the answers to Scientific Glass FAQ:
Q: How long does it take for my order to get shipped?
A: If your order is received before 2pm CST, we will try and ship it out same day, via USPS – if your order is received after 2pm CST, then it will ship the following day. Please take weekends and holidays into account, especially if you order on a Friday and the following Monday is a holiday.
Q: I’m interested in a product that is not on your website. Can you get it?
A: We only sell items that are immediately available for shipping and do not take special request orders. Please visit our site frequently as we will be adding new products soon.
Q: Do you offer any advertising or affiliate marketing opportunities?
A: Not at this time.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: All major credit and debit cards.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to most US states and US territories. You, the customer, are responsible for adhering to your state and local laws regarding your purchase of tobacco products and accessories.
Q: I have not received a response to my email yet?
A: Sometimes email filters will send messages to your spam folder. Please check your spam folder to make sure that your message was not accidentally misdirected. Also, please allow us adequate time (usually within 1 business day) to respond to your initial message. A “business day” means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Finally, we reserve the right to refuse to correspond and serve customers who use language that may indicate improper or illegal use of our products.
Q: How are orders packaged?
A:Packages are plain and anonymous or Priority 3 day USPS packages. We package to ensure safe arrival of your merchandise, especially glass. Whether you order a $10 pipe or a $300 water pipe, everything is shipped safe to prevent any kind of damage during shipment.
Q: How long does shipping usually take?
A: The majority of packages will be shipped via USPS, and will arrive in 3 -7 business days. Holidays are excluded. While most packages will arrive within 4 days on average, weekends, holidays, and unforeseen events such as incremental weather or regional disaster may prolong shipping times.
Q: Do you accept Gift Cards?
A: Yes, we accept most visa and MasterCard gift cards on our site. Please follow the issuer’s instructions to use the card as you would a regular credit or debit card. At this time we do not offer specialized gift cards for exclusive use at Global Glassware, LLC.
Q: My order was shipped out but my tracking number has not updated yet?
A: We will email a tracking number the day after your package has shipped. However, tracking details do not always update in real time through USPS. It can sometimes take a day for USPS to update their tracking info. Rest assured that once you receive your tracking number, your package is en route and will be delivered in the 3-7 day timeframe (weekends and holidays excluded).
